Rates – Roads

Effective 7/1/22:  $760 per lot annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer for the management and maintenance of the paved roads in the District.  The loan is scheduled to be paid off in October, 2022, so there is no loan assessment this fiscal year.

The Prairieview Champion Improvement and Service District generally meets quarterly to manage the roads for the District.  The next meeting date is scheduled at each meeting.
