Meetings are generally held at the office of Cathey Consulting, 400 S Gillette Avenue, Suite 106, Gillette, Wyoming (K2 Technologies Building – office entrance is on Fourth Street, across from Arrow Printing).

Rates – Roads / Water

$1,075 per lot annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer.

Monthly fee for those connected to water:  $7.50 per tap (City’s rate) plus $5.00 per 1,000 gallons of usage

$150 per fiscal year for electricity
