Rates -July 1, 2023 –

Water – Water Guy mails monthly water bills to Freedom Hills at a rate of $45 per month plus $3.01 (Regional rate) per 1,000 gallons used over 13,000 gallons per month and a late fee of $25 if the balance is not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the 20th of the month.  Water is shut off for nonpayment.  The District assesses the remaining fees through County taxes.

Write checks to Freedom Hills ISD and mail payments to Water Guy, PO Box 7189, Gillette, WY 82717 – or sign up for automatic payments, pay online or over the phone.

Roads / Garbage / Covenants / Loan Payments – The annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer is $1,254.52 per lot.
