7/1/22:  $1,440  per lot annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer plus monthly water overages:

Effective 7/1/23:  $4.00 per 1,000 gallons over 10,000 gallons up to 50,000 gallons + $6.00 per 1,000 over 50,000 gallons up to 100,000 gallons + $10.00 per 1,000 over 100,000 gallons – Billed monthly by Water Guy – See Contact Information Below.
