Red Hills Improvement and Service District generally meets every month at a date/time to be designated by the Board at each meeting. Starting 7/1/26 – $3.09 per 1,000 gallons of water used billed monthly by Water Guy – see contact information below. ( Write checks to Red Hills ISD and mail payments to Water Guy, PO Box 7189, Gillette, WY 82717 – or sign up for automatic payments, pay online or over the phone)
Starting 7/1/26 – Annual assessment: $1,620 (on water) or $1,200 (not on water) / Past due balances added to assessments each year.
