7/20/22:  $85 per month base rate plus $3.50 per 1,000 gallons of water over 15,000 gallons per month.

$500 per year annual assessment (or $300 for vacant lots) through the Campbell County Treasurer

The Fox Ridge Subdivision Improvement and Service Districts generally meets every other month to manage the water and roads for the District.  The meetings are generally on Wednesdays, and the next meeting is scheduled at each meeting due to varying schedules.
