Effective 7/1/23:  $4.00 per 1,000 gallons over 10,000 gallons up to 50,000 gallons + $6.00 per 1,000 over 50,000 gallons up to 100,000 gallons + $10.00 per 1,000 over 100,000 gallons – Billed monthly by Water Guy – See Contact Information Below.

The Stone Gate Estates Improvement and Service District generally meets every other month to manage the water, roads, construction requests, and covenants in the District.  The meetings are on the second Monday of every other month at 9:00 a.m.
