Rates – July 1, 2022
$65 per month base rate (plus $3.00 per 1,000 gallons over 18,000 gallons up to 25,000 gallons plus $3.50 per 1,000 gallons over 25,000 gallons).

There is also a tax assessment of $263.96 per lot starting in 2021 for 10 years for most lots in the District except those that paid their share of the cost for a new water tank up front prior to the first assessment.

The American Road Water & Sewer District meets monthly to manage the water system. The meetings are generally on Mondays. Meetings are scheduled at least 1 month in advance and are included in meeting minutes with dates posted online.
