Rates – Water, Roads
$1,440 per year (7/1/25 will increase to $1,560) annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer
7/1/22: 15,000 gallons of water in base rate / $4.00 per 1,000 gallons over 15,000 gallons. $10 per month late fee if balance isn’t paid in full by the 20th of each month.
