Rates – Water and Roads
7/1/22: $75 per month base rate (plus 7.00 per 1,000 gallons over 15,000 gallons of water per month) for water.
Billed monthly by Water Guy – see contact information below. (Write checks to Grace Land ISD and mail payments to Water Guy, PO Box 7189, Gillette, WY 82717 – or sign up for automatic payments, pay online or over the phone)
7/1/22: $900 per year annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer for roads and $180 per year annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer for water. (Total $1,080 per lot per year for those on water)
