The Meadow Springs Improvement and Service District generally meets the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the office of Cathey Consulting 400 S Gillette Avenue, Suite 106, Gillette, Wyoming (K2 Technologies Building – office entrance is on Fourth Street, across from Arrow Printing). (NOTE: One board member works rotating shifts so meeting dates may be changed to accommodate schedules.)

Rates – Water
$85 per month base rate. (Effective 7/1/22).
Billed monthly by Water Guy – see contact information below. (Write checks to Meadow Springs ISD and mail payments to Water Guy, PO Box 7189, Gillette, WY 82717 – or sign up for automatic payments, pay online or over the phone)
$697 per year (for all members of the District) annual assessment (as of 7/1/24) through the Campbell County Treasurer.
