7/1/23: $1,920 per year annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer (Ludog Subdivision lots $960 per year – no water)
5,000 gallons of water is included in the base rate (assessment listed above). Water meters are read monthly and billed as follows: $3.50 per 1,000 gallons over 5,000 gallons up to 30,000 gallons / $4.00 per 1,000 gallons over 30,000 gallons up to 50,000 gallons / $8.00 per 1,000 gallons over 50,000 gallons
