Pineview Improvement and Service District generally meets once a month on a Monday.  Meetings are scheduled for the calendar year and are held at the office of Cathey Consulting, 400 S Gillette Avenue, Suite 106, Gillette, Wyoming (K2 Technologies Building – office entrance is on Fourth Street, across from Arrow Printing).

Rates – Water / Roads

For Lots on Water:

$110.00 per month base rate for those connected on the water system plus $3.00 per 1,000 gallons of water over 12,000 gallons each month.

Billed monthly by Water Guy – see contact information below.  (Write checks to Pineview ISD and mail payments to Water Guy, PO Box 7189, Gillette, WY 82717 – or sign up for automatic payments, pay online or over the phone) 

$189 (roads) plus $763 (loan/water) = $952 annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer for those on the water system.
