Rates – Water / Roads
7/10/24: $175 per month base rate (plus $4.00 per 1,000 gallons over 10,000 gallons of water per month).
Billed monthly by Water Guy – see contact information below. (Write checks to Rafter D ISD and mail payments to Water Guy, PO Box 7189, Gillette, WY 82717 – or sign up for automatic payments, pay online or over the phone)
$300 per lot annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer
