Wild Horse Creek Improvement and Service District (South) generally meets every other month (odd months – January, March, May, July, September, November) at 5:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month at the office of Cathey Consulting 400 S Gillette Avenue, Suite 106, Gillette, Wyoming (K2 Technologies Building – office entrance is on Fourth Street, across from Arrow Printing).

Rates

7/1/17:  $600 per owner/lot annual assessment through the Campbell County Treasurer  ($365.23 of the assessment is for loan payments that substantially improved the roads in 2011 and 2015.)
